What are the delivery options?

Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you have provided at the point of checkout. You are able to provide a different shipping address to your billing address.
How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery.
Will all my items be delivered together?
Yes, all your items will be delivered together with the exception of DD items, which will be clearly listed on our website and are shipped to you directly from our supplier.
How are the products personalised?
We offer both embroidery and print methods, which will be clearly stated in the individual item descriptions.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We currently do not offer gift packaging; however, we are working hard to offer this to our customers. Join our mailing list for updates on when this will become available.
I would like to make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, due to the personalisation process, you are unable to make any amendments to your order once it has been placed.
I have received an incorrect or faulty item?
We're very sorry if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. We have thorough quality checks in place to prevent this from happening; however, mistakes can occur. If this happens, please contact our customer service team who will be able to help you at customerservice@lulabay.co.uk.
If your item has a fault or the personalisation is incorrect from what you ordered, we will offer either a full refund or resend the item you have ordered with the necessary amendments.
Shipping Information
As we personalise your order just for you, please allow 2-3 business days processing time during busy periods.
Delivery to the UK
- Standard Delivery £3.99: Your order will be delivered within 3-4 working business days for orders placed before 12pm.
- Express Delivery £9.99: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working business days for orders placed before 12pm.
You will receive updates on your order via email. We will send you an order confirmation when your order has been received and an order dispatched email when it has left our warehouse.
Delivery to Europe (Outside of the UK)
- Standard Delivery £9.99: Your order will be delivered within 5-6 working business days for orders placed before 12pm.
You will receive updates on your order via email. We will send you an order confirmation when your order has been received and an order dispatched email when it has left our warehouse.
Delivery to the Rest of the World
- Standard Delivery £19.99: Your order will be delivered within 8-10 working business days for orders placed before 12pm.
